Profile and Settings Overview

Learn how to manage your personal profile, facility details, user access, and system settings in Informed Medical.

Summary

Your Profile and Settings area allows you to manage your personal information, update facility-level details, manage users, and configure report and email preferences. This section controls how your facility’s reports look and how notifications are delivered.


Main Points

Accessing Profile and Settings

  1. Log in to Informed Medical.

  2. Click your initials in the top right corner.

  3. Select the section you would like to review.


Profile Tab

The Profile tab displays your personal account information, including:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • User type

  • Job title

  • Department

  • Username

You can update this information as needed.


Facility Tab

The Facility tab contains facility-level information used across reports.

This includes:

  • Facility name

  • Phone number

  • Address

  • Bed count

  • Language preferences

  • Billing contact

Report Title Page

You can customize:

  • The report title page layout

  • Preview how the title page will appear

  • Edit title page details

Custom Letterhead

You can:

  • Upload a custom letterhead

  • Preview the letterhead

  • Reset to the default version

This allows reports to align with your facility’s branding.


Manage Users

The Manage Users section allows you to:

  • View all users and their status

  • Edit usernames

  • Reset passwords

  • Deactivate users

Manage User Invitations

In the User Invitations tab, you can:

  • View pending invitations

  • Resend or cancel invitations

  • Invite new users


Settings Tab

The Settings section controls notifications and report automation.

Email Alerts

You can adjust which email notifications you receive when certain events occur.


Report Settings

You can manage:

  • Baseline reports

  • General reports

  • Quarterly reports

You can:

  • Toggle reports on or off

  • Show a table of contents on reports

  • Include a summary section

  • Adjust additional configuration options
