# Patients Tab Overview
## The Patients tab allows you to view all residents, monitor communication status, search and filter records, and send education or signable documents directly.
#### Summary
The Patients tab gives you a clear view of your resident list and their communication status. From here, you can search, filter, review individual profiles, or send communication to one or multiple residents.

### Key Insights
#### Resident List
When you open the Patients tab, you will see:
- Resident name
- Admit date
- Status
The status column shows where each resident stands in reviewing education or completing signable documents.

### Search and Filters
Use the search bar to quickly find a specific resident.
You can also use filters to narrow your list by:
- AI powered suggestions
- Form status such as pending or missing
- Admit date range, such as residents admitted within the last 30 days
This helps you quickly identify who may need follow up.

### View Details
Select **View Details** to access a resident’s profile and review their communication history.

### Send Communication
You can send communication in two ways:
**Single Resident**
Select a resident and choose to send documents directly from their profile.
**Multiple Residents**
Select one or more residents and use the Send Communication button at the top of the page.
From there, you will:
1. Choose the type of communication
2. Select the recipient
3. Confirm and send
