# How To: Void a Sent Education Report
## Learn how to invalidate a report link if education was sent in error or should no longer be accessible.
#### Summary
If education was sent by mistake or should no longer be available, you can void the report from the History tab. Voiding a report disables the access link so recipients can no longer view the educational packet.

#### Access the History Tab
To void a sent report:
1. Click the **Communication** dropdown in the left navigation.
2. Select **History**.
This page displays all previously sent reports.

#### Locate the Report
You can:
- Use the search bar to find the specific report.
- Apply filters to narrow down results.
Once you locate the correct report, proceed to the next step.

#### Void the Report
1. Click the three dots next to the report.
2. Select **Void**.
This action immediately invalidates the access link.

#### What Happens After Voiding
- The original email or text message remains in the recipient’s inbox.
- The link inside the message will no longer open the educational report.
- The report content becomes inaccessible through that link.
This ensures the education is no longer available for viewing.

- The original communication message cannot be removed, but the report link becomes inactive.
