How To: Void a Sent Education Report

To void a sent report:

Click the Communication dropdown in the left navigation.

Select History.
This page displays all previously sent reports.
Locate the Report
You can:

Use the search bar to find the specific report.

Once you locate the correct report, proceed to the next step.
Void the Report

Click the three dots next to the report.

Select Void.
This action immediately invalidates the access link.
What Happens After Voiding

The original email or text message remains in the recipient’s inbox.
