How to: Track and Confirm Educational Report

Learn how to track sent reports, confirm engagement, and access documentation records.

The History tab allows you to review the status of sent educational reports. You can confirm delivery, see whether reports were opened, verify video engagement, and access documentation that is also pushed back into PointClickCare.


Main Points

Accessing Report Status

To review report status:

  1. Click the Communication dropdown in the left navigation.

  2. Select History.

This page displays all previously sent reports.


Viewing Report Status

Within the History tab, you can see the status of each report.

Statuses may include:

  • Sent

  • Viewed

  • Pending

This gives you a quick overview of engagement.


Viewing Confirmation Logs

To see detailed confirmation records:

  1. Click the three dots next to a report.

  2. Select View Logs.

The logs provide confirmation of:

  • When the report was sent

  • Which email addresses or phone numbers received it

  • When the report was opened

  • Confirmation that at least one second of a video was viewed

These confirmations are also sent back into PointClickCare as documentation.


Printing or Downloading Logs

From the View Logs screen, you can:

  • Print the confirmation record

  • Download the documentation

These records are also accessible within PointClickCare.


Filtering by Status

In the History tab, you can filter reports by status.

For example, you can filter to view:

  • All viewed reports

  • All pending reports

This helps you quickly identify which reports may require follow up.
