How To: Identify Residents Missing Education
Learn how to find residents who are missing education and quickly send reports in bulk.

You can use the Patients tab to filter for residents who are missing education. From there, you can select individuals or send reports in bulk, review recipients, and confirm delivery before sending.
Main Points
Step 1: Go to the Patients Tab

Log in to Informed Medical.

Click the Patients tab.
Step 2: Filter by Missing Education

Click the Filter option.

Filter by Status.
-
Select Missing.
This will display all residents who are currently missing education.
Step 3: Select Residents
You can:

Select residents individually.
-
Use the Select All option to include everyone listed.
Once selected, click Send Communication.
Step 4: Choose Report Type and Grouping
You will then:

Select the report type.
-
Choose the recipient grouping.
You can review the selected patients and switch between available options if needed.
Click Next to continue.
Step 5: Review Recipients and Documents
You will see a detailed list including:

Resident name
-
Date of birth
-
Admission date
-
Intended recipient and title
-
Contact information
-
Language of the report
-
Informational sheets included
You can:

Add additional informational sheets
-
Remove individual recipients
Red Rows
A red row indicates missing contact information.

These contacts cannot receive the report.
-
You can remove them from the send list.
-
If not removed, they will appear as undelivered.
Contact information should be updated in PointClickCare if needed.
Step 6: Send the Reports
When ready:

Click Send.
Reports will immediately be delivered to the selected recipients.
