How To: Identify and Fix Unreachable Contacts
Learn how to find contacts who are missing both email and phone information so you can update records and improve communication.

You can use filters in the Contacts tab to quickly identify individuals who do not have any contact information on file. This helps you audit records and update missing details in PointClickCare to ensure education can be delivered.
Main Points
Step 1: Go to the Contacts Tab

Log in to Informed Medical.

Click the Contacts tab in the left navigation.
Step 2: Apply Filters for Missing Information

Click Filter.

Select Email.
-
Choose Is Empty.
-
Apply the filter.
-
Click Filter again.
-
Select Phone.
-
Choose Is Empty.
This will display contacts who do not have an email address and do not have a phone number on file.
Understanding the Results
The filtered list shows:

Individuals with no valid email address

Individuals with no valid phone number
These contacts cannot receive education because there is no available delivery method.
If a contact has either an email or a phone number, they will not appear in this filtered list because they are still reachable.

Use this information to:

Review contact records in PointClickCare

Update missing email addresses or phone numbers

Improve communication coverage
Once updated in PointClickCare, the information will sync back into Informed Medical.
