Real-Time Sync (Immediate Updates)
The following data syncs almost immediately using webhooks:

When something is updated in PointClickCare, it typically appears in Informed Medical within minutes.
Nightly Sync (Assessment-Based Updates)
Quarterly ISO Reports and assessment-based updates run on a nightly schedule.

Sync runs once per day at midnight

The system checks for new assessments or significant changes

If qualifying changes are found, reports are generated accordingly
This ensures that MDS updates and significant changes are captured properly.
What If Something Is Missing?
If you do not see expected updates:
