## Learn what an informational packet looks like from the end user’s perspective.

When education is sent through Informed Medical, families and responsible parties receive an email notification with access to a structured informational packet. The packet includes a letter, selected videos, educational documents, and options to download or print materials.

When education is sent, the recipient receives an email.
The email includes:
- A notification that an informational packet is ready
- The facility name, clearly displayed
- A button to access the packet
This helps the recipient immediately recognize who the communication is from.

#### Opening the Informational Packet
When the recipient clicks the access button:
- A new browser tab opens.
- The selected explainer video begins playing automatically.
This allows the recipient to immediately engage with the content.

As the recipient scrolls, they will see:
- An introductory letter explaining why the information was sent
- The explainer video, which can be replayed
- The educational documents selected by the facility
