Broadcast Overview

Learn how to access, monitor, and manage Broadcast communications in Informed Medical.

Summary

The Broadcast feature allows facilities to send communication to multiple contacts at once. From the Broadcast tab, you can create new broadcasts, monitor delivery performance, and review sent and undelivered messages.


Main Points

Accessing Broadcast

To access Broadcast:

  1. Click the Communication dropdown in the left navigation.

  2. Select Broadcast.

You can also:

  • Click Send New Broadcast, which will take you directly to the Broadcast tab.


Broadcast Dashboard Metrics

At the top of the page, you will see key data points, including:

  • Total broadcasts sent

  • Total broadcasts delivered

  • Delivery rate

  • Total undelivered broadcasts

These metrics help you quickly assess communication performance.


Searching and Filtering

You can refine your view by:

  • Searching by broadcast title or name

  • Using available filters to narrow results

This makes it easier to locate specific communications.


Broadcast List View

Each broadcast includes the following information:

  • Broadcast name

  • Prepared by

  • Date sent

  • Delivered vs undelivered count

  • Total recipients

  • Status

Status options may include:

  • Sent

  • Delivered

  • In Progress

  • Canceled

You can also:

  • View the list of Delivered recipients

  • View the list of Undelivered recipients

This helps identify communication gaps.


Broadcast Guides

The Broadcast tab includes access to Broadcast Guides.

These guides:

  • Explain the difference between available broadcast types

  • Include training videos for each type

Use these resources if you need clarification on which broadcast option to select.


Creating a New Broadcast

From the top of the page, you can:

  • Click New Broadcast to create a broadcast communication

  • Click New Custom Report to create a custom report
